Collaborative Process
All Kaizen Training Solutions are a product of a collaborative process with our clients. First, an in-depth needs analysis and assessment is conducted. From there, a customized & comprehensive program is designed* and presented for client review & modification. Once approved, programs are delivered according to the preferred format and schedule. Upon program completion, progress assessments can be conducted so that participants can plan for continuous improvement.
*Program Design
Programs are designed to maximize participant interactivity and generally incorporate the most relevant concepts and theories, which are then practiced through exercises, case studies, role plays, and simulations. Programs also include multiple levels of immediate feedback in order to facilitate the learning process.
